Preserving drawing files

Hello,
I need to Pack and Go about 1½ years worth of IV work. The problem is that
due a company change, we were sold, we now have a new numbering system. In
order to preserve all the files used by an assembly I would like to P&G all
these files, that I think would be the easiest way. We sell one offs and
just in case the customer reorders I feel this is necessary.
If this isn't bad enough, obviously I'm to renumber my entire library.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Scott

Scott,

In this and my previous job we made one off's as well. When a project was
done we would pack and go it to a directory and then also burn a copy of the
library onto the CD as well. That way you could load the entire library and
project back onto a system that didn't have it before. (if the library path
is different you will have some resolution problems the first time out but
after that all is well).

I don't envy your library renumbering task
