Post models on the server !

I created some universal models and posted on the server for inventor users
in my company to copy them to their local drives. I want the models to be
READ only. Also I want them to be "delete inhibit" and "rename inhibit".
Problem is: in the explorer, if I check Read only then delete inhibit and
rename inhibit become disable and vice versa.
Is there a way to have both options checked?
Thanks

If they can copy them, they can delete them, that is why you can't have
access to all the switches. Read protect should be enough, they can alway
copy again if they delete it. Read only should should also stop the file
name from being changed as well. Rename inhibit only stops the file name
from being changed, but still allows the file contents to be changed.
