Possible to override bolted connection bolt lengths?

I have several duct/equipment flanges of varying thickness. Bolted Connections is giving me 1.25"L and 1.5"L (there's .267 sticking out past the nut so I'm not quite sure why this isn't 1.25"L also since that's what we'd typicall use for full engagement on a Nylock).

Does anyone know an easy way to make all the bolts 1.5"L or 1.25"L so we're not purchasing two bolt lengths? There's literally thousands of bolts in this layout so it's has to be a somewhat user friendly method. I'm currently at 12000/1100 occurences/documents in this assembly...so it's taking like 10 minutes to process each patterned bolt array.

Ribbon: Design tab Fasten panel Bolted Connection . Then click the Design tab. In the area on the right side, specify fasteners. Select the row with hole, and click .

For bolts, select bolt and hold the Alt key + to open Modify length dialog box.

Good lord...I would have never figured that out on my own. I owe you a beer or ten.
