I have an assembly with a lot of these tags on a panel. When I plot the IDW
the tags look terrible and the text looks black at a scale of .75 or less.
It seems to be the black outline around the raised text is causing the
problem.
I am sending one of the tags and a test IDW. Zoom in on the IDW and it looks
like crap.
Anyone have any tips on how I can improve this?

What if you change the lines to the Visible Narrow layer?
and then you might ckeck the print rather than the on-screen to see how it looks.
