Please Help

Hi I have been using 3ds max 2011,  when I moved an object around my x,y,z arrows disappeared, look at the attachments, what I want to get back is the three xyz arrows when im using the move tool or rotate etc.

 

look at the picture attachments, the two with the green ball are the ones that dont have the xyz movement arrows i want.

hit x on your keyboard
