Please Help me with Fillets

Hi Guys

I am trying real hard to fillet the edges of these designs but it keeps saying try again with a smaller radius.

Please help.

I cant open the part file, since im using 2010 version.

However, most times you cant filet if the fillet is greater then the part thickness...

Start over using arcs and lines (tangent where appropriate) and use symmetry about the origin.
The geometry looks a little rough.

I find the edges connected to the ones in attached image have been filleted using different radius, and you can have a try one variable radius fillet. If there is constant radius fillet required in this case, what is the radius?

looks like the fact that you have very sharp corners it wont allow a radius larger then 1mm.
