please help - how to replace an edge or move a vertex?

Hi guys,

Sorry for the silly question, but I have drawn this part and can't find a way to... not even sure how to descrive it. You can see in the picture below, I need to replace the yellow edge by the green one.

What would you suggest? Part's in the attachment.

One method would be to Loft a surface and the Split or Sculpt.

But I would almost certainly first

constraint all sketches (how or why does one get a perfect Sketch1 without any dimensions)?

Fix sketches 7 & 10.....
