Parts not visible?

I have one machine that when any assembly is opened, all parts in the
assembly have thier visibilty turned off and the "system.nothing visible" &
"system.all visible" options are missing from the Design View selection
list, just blank spaces both in the Design View dialog box and pull down
list. Anyone else ever seen this before?

TIA
Rick

Does this happen in just one assembly or many? Try deleting the .idv file
that goes with the assembly. Maybe something got corrupted.

Sorry I re-read your question and what about a repair? What are the system
specs compared to the machines that work?

It is a new system, Dell 360, 4ghz, 2 gig ram, Quadro FX 1000 W/
6.14.10.4528 driver. When I first started using it worked fine. Probably
something I did? Tried deleting the Registry folder for Inventor no luck. I
thinking I'll have to do a reinstall. First I think I'll try another video
driver, I just noticed the one IT installed is not a certified one.One other
thing I noticed is on the "Prompts" tab of the Option dialog the third and
forth lines are blank?
