Parts Lists table

I have attached an image of my Parts List. As you can see I have a screw (280011) that appears in the Parts List twice, as some of the screws are in the main assembly and some are in the nested sub-assembly. Why won't they all merge into one line?

They shouldn't IMO.. As one is in a sub and one is in the top level assy.  (Its not supposed to be a summarized BOM which would merge them)

But I can't see the picture..
