Parts list error and crashes

We are having an issue with a layout and a prts list that one of my engineers has created.

The idw is complete and the final stage is to add the parts list, when the parts list is added inventor crashes every time.

Can anyone give me any hints on where or what to try to try and allow us to place a parts list into our drawing.

Due to the sensativity of the project I am unable to put anything on here.

Are you able to share with me the steps you're following and the e-mail addresses you're using to submit your CER's to the system?  I'll have someone look at those reports and see if they shed any light on it.
