Do you see a drop down option that says Library? Click on that. This will take
you to the Parts Library. (Not to be confused with the Library Path in Project
File.)
I had this on my system. It was caused by having IV5 and IV6 on the same machine. I opened IV5 and found the Autodesk i-drop Translator was included as as an Add-in to IV5. Closing IV5 and restarting IV6 (which I believe re-registered) cured the problem
