I was adding a part # to the vendor field in content center. And found that when the part is chosen from the content center to add to an assembly the part# shows in the vendor field when viewed in the table view. After it is placed in to the assembly the field in the part I-property is blank. Does anyone have any ideas?
In the CC editor you need to select the column for vendor number, then format column.. or column properties, oh well its late in the week. Anyway the column must be Mapped to the Inventor property.
The vendor column is mapped to the correct property. It was working until we went to inventor 2011 and most of our parts have part#s and the come in just fine just can't add any new ones.
