Part list alignment

In my part list I have a few columns.
One column is left aligned and I want to change that to center. I can do
that by editing the part list and choose for the center alignment, but I
have to do that with every drawing that I make. I can't find anything in the
Format => standards menu to change this. I've also tried to edit the
template, inserting a part, placing the partlist changing the alignments to
he way I want and then deleting the part and partlist and saving my
template. But this also didn't work.
Is there a way where I can change that and how?

Nope ... one of the regular things I check with each new release. Still
wait'n on the dialog box guy.
