opening inventor 2014 files with Inventor 2013

We have changed from Inventor 2014 form 2010

 

While opened old inventor  drawing file '.idw' in 2010 all my earlier sumbols such as dia, depth evrything changed to alphabets such as i,j,etc..

 

Kindly resolve

You are missing the symbol font, AIGDT.  If you uninstalled Inventor 2010 after installing Inventor 2014, it may be that the 2010 uninstaller removed that font.

 

I've attached the font file-- place it in the fonts folder on your system (in my Windows 7 system it is C:\Windows\Fonts\), then reboot.

 

This information comes from searching on the Autodesk knowledge base, from this article: Special characters and symbols are not displayed correctly in drawings.  However, the path shown in the article is not correct, at least on my system.
