Open (Check Out All)

The Open (Check Out All) option is grayed-out when opening an Inventor file from Vault. How do I activate this?

Are you saying that when you use the open from Vault command in Inventor, the Check Out All option is grayed out?:

Thanks for the reply and sorry I could have worded my issue better. To answer your question, no I did not mean to imply that. The issue is, when opening an .idw, .ipn, .iam from Vault using Inventor, I have four options - Open, Open (Check Out), Open (Check Out All) and Open (Read Only). I normally use Open (Check Out All). For some reason that option is "Grayed Out" and not active. I found a work around that takes a few extra steps, but wanted to know why this happened and what I could do to correct it.
