NOT WORKING WITH WINDOWS 8.1

Is there any way to get AI 2013 or 2014 to run with Windows 8.1? I had been using it with windows 7 then when I upgraded I recieve an error message and Inventor wont open. All of the other programs that came with prossetional work such as the trueview and design review it is just inventor that wont open?

Please help if you can I have been doing on going design with inventor for school and I would hate to have to switch CAD programs!

same. I got it on Windows 8.1 but when it opens it says "Inventor Professional 2014 is not responding. Close now?" And to get it to work on windows 8.1 you need to install the "Inventor2014_SP1 (insert bit type)"

I upadated it spent 6 hours on it not exagerating and it just dosent work for windows 8.1

When you say it doesn't work; can you explain ? Do you mean win8.1 doesn't work or Inventor doesn't work ? Which version of Inventor are you using ?

All Inventor recent Inventor versions work on win8.1 but you need to ensure you've installed the latest service packs &/or updates from http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/downloads#?sort=score

I got it to work i refreshed my computer wich takes windows 8.1 and all its updates and unintstalled them. I got %100 on the prodject thanks
