Non existent Work Plane

Hello People,
I have an IPart with two workplanes, if I change to another variation of the
IPart, I will receive an error message telling me the IPart cannot create
the variation because it cannot rebuild wrkplane 3 and 4. I have sent the
file to the migration utility even though this file has been saved in 6, yet
the file will not make it through the migration because of a failure. The
part was initially modelled in 5.3.
I've posted the file to CF under the same title.
Any thoughts?

Many thanks,
Scott
