Exactly. I say this every year when I renew my subscription and wonder why I'm doing it.
It may have been viewed as lower priority with the development of Plant3D. Yeah, I know - detailed mechanical design compared to Plant3D, not everything pipe & tube is ASME/B31.3, etc. Its one of those internal semi-documented planning decisions which won't see the light of day unless you get an audience with the program director with known talking points.
