New Sketch rotates about screen

I have searched the forum wasnt able to find a good answer.

Here is a link demostrating unacceptable behavior. I dont want the sketch to rotate like it does in this demo.

Is there a setting that will stop this behaviour.

Not to sound silly ... is the Options/ Sketch ... Look at Sketch plane one checked? That's the only reason I can think of ... is it every sketch or just this part

Go to TOOLS ==> APPLICATION OPTIONS --> SKETCH and uncheck LOOK AT SKETCH PLANE ON SKETCH CREATION.
