network failuer

hi im looking for help as i am currently a secondray school student i have and acount on autodsk and have tryed downloading auto desk pro 2015 but i only ever get to the first couple of seconds and get an erro box poping up saying Network Failure can you help me to stop this and get my free download.

I would try downloading if from a different ISP provider or site. Try from home or your buddies place.

 

If you are connected via WiFi, what is your signal strength, you may need to change locations. It probably doesn't hurt to clean all your TEMP and CACHE files. Something like CCleaner.com is free and works great.
