need help with plastic part

Hello All

 

First attempt at a plastic part...are there tools for plastic parts to make this part,,,i have a couple of improvements i need a little help with please...hopefully the pictures explain

I couldn't open your part as we're still on 2012 here so I have attached a remodeled part for you to look at.

Hmmm, I don't appear to be able to attach the part file so I'll have a go again later on a different machine.
