need help modeling a fly wheel

I am new to Autodesk inventor. Can someone please help me in making different radii of highlighted portion, Thank you.Untitled.jpg

and now apply fillet features ... then pattern the cut and fillets

bzia,

 

I'm assuming you mean the "R7" and the "R12" radii for that cutout?

Simply select the Fillet command and input the first size, select the edges, then select the "click to add" text in the menu and input the other radius size and then select those edges, hit Apply when done.

Here's an attmpt. The file was created in Inventor 2012. Please move the End of Part marker down, if necessary.

Thanks, but your file is not opening. I am getting the following error:
