Need Help Converting X_T model

We have been using this vendor supplied model, and it behaves erratically, and I've had nothing but problems trying to make it into a solid, constraints work backwards (If they work) and now it is refusing to check in.

The surface version doesn't work well for more reasons than I could list, could someone convert this into something useable?

A solid STEP file would be amazing, we usually try to call up a couple of the parts seperately, so they don't send us the wrong motor mount, but it is really difficult to work with as is.

Any help would be appreciated.

This appears to have been made from SWx version of "shrinkwrap" (I forget what they call it) to simplify/remove detail.

There are a fairly large number of missing surfaces.
It would take the better part of a day to patch.  If you need individual operable parts it could take much longer than a day.

Can you request a better file from the source?
