My Ribbon Sub Menu has disappeared

Hello, not sure why this happen but I can only access sub-menu options via a Mouse Hover whereas before they were always visable, below is an example of the View Tab, I tried resetting the Ribbon but it makes no difference.

Press this button to cycle through the different ribbon styles:

Thanks but already tried that, it only hides or minimizes the existing buttons

Keep clicking it, it should get back to the "normal" style.
