My Inventor/Sketch tab/Constraint Panel has disappeared

I completed the first instructional video exercise which created a green bottle.  In that video I was instructed to go to the Sketch tab's Constraint panel to set the dimentions.  I did that successfuly.  Since then I have not seen the Constraints panel on the Sketch tab.  I returned to the video again to see if it was part of the video but not included in my basic package, but it is not there when I repeat the video exercise.

This does not sound like an Inventor version problem.

Are you in an active sketch environment?

Post screen shot.

You can take a screen shot by hitting Print Screen in upper right corner of your keyboard and then open Start>Accessories>Microsoft Paint and do a Ctrl V to paste the image into Paint.
Save and attach the file here.

Try this - in the browser right click on a sketch and select Edit Sketch

or

Click on the 2D sketch icon to start a new sketch.

When in Sketch mode, do a right-click on the panel row. Select Show Panels. Ensure Constrain is ticked.
