ismaelseidel i had the same problem (at least the same symtoms) and i found that the problem was, i had disabled some services that Inventor requires, try enabling these services if they're disabled and restart the computer:
Autodesk Application Manager Service Autodesk Simulation Moldflow MITSI 2015 (may not be important) FLEXnet Licensing Service FlexNet Licensing Service 64
Under start, also enable all applications by Autodesk, Inc.
