I'm pretty new to autodesk inventor and I am trying to design a mold for a product I designed in Inventor. When I go to open a new Mold Design.iam i am prompted to open a file, which I do. The problem is the Mold Design User Interface is empty. There are no Mold Design ribbons unique to the UI at the top (just the standard iam ribbons). How can I use the mold design tools? What can fix this problem? The image below shows what I see when I try to use mold design. I use Autodesk Inventor Professional 2013.

Thanks for your suggestion. I installed it and the mold design UI ran once, but then stopped working. I then reistalled it twice and it never came back. Where should I go from here?
