mold analysis server

I just started on the TOOLING tutorials for INVENTOR 2014. I have the MOBIL TOP.IPT opened and placed. After adjusting the orientation, I selected MATERIAL. I get a message that says "The mold analysis server is terminated and to save the current document and reopen to restart the Moldflow analysis server". I have tried three times to get the analysis server to reopen, but nothing happens. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy this? Thanks! By the way my O/S is Windows 7 Ultimate and I have a GTX570 graphics card if this information is relevant.

Q1.  Did you install with anti-virus and UAC turned off?

Q2. Have you installed SP1 and Update 2 for SP1?

Q3. How do you have your active project set up?  (refer to Post #4 here)
