Modify the hole dialog box

Hi, 

I am using Inventor 2011. Whenever i click on the tapped option for holes i want the default to be ISO Metric thread and size to be M6. I think inventor will have an option for me to change the default look of hole feature. Can someone share the solution?

i did asked myself this too a long time ago, and back then it did not seemed possible.

By default the standard is ansi, but i never use that either. So everytime is need to change that too.

Not sure it is possible by now, but sure would be welcome...

You can customize the Thread.xls (Design Data\Thread.xls in versions through 2012, Design Data\XLS\[language]\Thread.xls in 2013 and later) workbook to achieve part of what you want.  Cell D1 in each sheet is the Sort Order, and you can change that field to arrange them the way you want.  "Sort Order - 1" will be the first (default) thread type.

I don't know of any way to designate a default size, though.
