Modelling Problem

The attached ipt file is a model of a standard Saint Gobain Water pipe fitting (Flanged 400 Radial Tee). I have modelled it about 6 times in slightly different ways and the same error occurrs every time.

I start by revolving the curved section ant then adding short straight sections to both ends. I then extrude the long straight section through the curved section from one end of the curved section.

There is a gap in the model where the end of the curved section meets the straight section (you can even fillet it as I discovered by mistake). Surely this has to be a bug. Another irritation is that where the two sections meet there should be a 27mm fillet and IV cannot do this. The reason is probably that the fillet blends to nothing but this is a fairly standard requirement.

Any words of wisdom would be welcome.

I found some problems with this model. I will correct and re-post if there are still problems.

Thanks

OK, it's all my fault! I would still like to fillet that join though.
