Hi! If I were you, I would just model one half, since it looks like a symmetric part. Next, I will model the base features (the three leaves on each side). Then create cuts to mimick the groove. Lastly, pattern the grooves along paths on the leaves. This is not a simple part to model on any 3D CAD packages and it requires some work. But, certainly it is doable on Inventor.
