What is the tap drill size for an M30 thread?  (and an M39?)

Sketch5 missing a Perpendicular constraint and a dimension.

Sketch8 "sick" i in circle, pink geometry, missing projected reference.

Extrusion13 flat bottom - is it really flat bottom or drilled with 118° drill point?

Your Emboss feature results in a bit of an undercut - which I doubt you really intended.

Well, when I look at that from the bottom view, maybe it is OK.

And, you should probably indicate what version of Inventor you are using as you are likely to get solutions that you cannot open.

Show me a chart from some source (Inventor is one source) that shows the tap-drill size for an M30 thread.  (Hint: it isn't 30mm.  At 30mm there will be no threads.)

Please see below

M30 X 3.5 = 26.5

M30 X 1.5 = 28.5

M30 X 2.0 = 28

What should i have done in the model to represent these thread size?

The pipe diameter to fit this part will be OD = 30mm

Thanks
