Missing Old Constraint Error Dialogue Box

In Inventor 2011 and previous, one could detect assembly constraint errors by taking a component that was not fully constrained and manipulating it via a mouse click and drag.  This would launch a dialogue box listing all the constraints that are having problems and still allow you to accept the manual part manipulation.  However, I am now using Inventor 2013 and when I have constraint errors, I cannot manually manipulate non-fully constrained objects and do not get that overall constraint error dialogue box.  Is there a setting to turn this back on?  Wish I could post a screen shot, but obviously unable to.  Thanks and have a great day!

Thanks,

Pete
