Missing Dimension Anchor Points???

I have a drawing with several dimension on a particular view. Wanting to adjust dimensions, but there are no dimenson "anchor points" to grab...

Any suggestions?

Hopefully I'm not misunderstanding your problem, but it is possible to click and drag the dimension anchor points to new view geometry.  See the video linked below for a demonstration.

Just grab the bottom end of the extension line.  The line will readjust to have you hanging on to the anchor point for reattachment.  Drag, drop, rinse and repeat.

Hi!

 

You can have the intersection lines to anchor points, also you can do some auxiliary sketches to have these anchor points.

Notice the elevation on the right, has the anchor points that you can grab....

The elevation on the left doesn't, they're missing....

Your dimension type appears to be Projected rather than True.
