Mirror texture - Is there one?

I'm currently looking over this forum and elsewhere but figured I'd post the request here in hopes someone might be able to help.

What I'm looking for is a texture I can use in Inventor that will actually show a mirror type reflection. Not the one we see in "chrome", but one that I can apply to a face and have it mirror the object that is in front of it.

If nothing in Inventor can do this, is this something that can be done in say, Showcase?

Thanks,

I know in showcase and Studio ..the polished Stainless Steel shows reflections of other items in the render mode ... I've used them in our brochures ... but only in the rendered stage did it show up...

I don't think it will appear as mirror surface until rendered.

You can get mirror effect in Realistic, but too slow to really work with.

I take that back.  Depending on what you are doing it might not be too slow after the initial change.

Nice, thanks guys!

I'll have to give those a try.

If I can get it to work for even just a screen shot, it could serve its purpose, but better yet if I can get it to perform like a mirror in an animation type fly-thru that'll be perfect.

Time to play, just hope this old laptop doesn't fry in the process...;)
