Mini Toolbar enlarged and pixelated

Hi  All

Does anyone know of this issue where the Mini Toolbar for Extruding/Sketching on the face of a part is larger than normal (almost as if it has been magnified)?  

I have attached a screan capture to show this, you can see the size of the Mini Toolbar in relation to the standard sized View Cube.

Can anyone help with a fix/option to get the Mini Toolbar back to its origional (Mini) size?

Just to ad dto this post.

It is the Edit Extrude / Edit Sketch and Create Sketch GLYPHS that are enlarged and look as if they are magnified.
