Migrate for install Content ctr. files?

I have a problem with the installation of Inventor 11,First of all, I'm upgrading from Inventor 8 so I am not familiar at all with the Vault or the content center, my problem is I am not able to install the content center files (ANSI, DIN, etc) they all end up with a red X at left and a message that says I need to Migrate the master Content ctr. or master vault. I don't know what that is or where is located. I installed Autodesk Autoloader to check out all Inventor files in my computer or network so that I can migrate them, following instructions posted before in a previous topic, anyway it looks like after I scan and upload to the vault I'm not able to see them anyway when I open the vault. Now, why do I have to migrate every file in my system to install the content center files?
