MDT model to IV6

Have pulled a model and its layouts from MDT through to invetor. It pulls the model through fine. the drawing layouts come across as an idw but the views are a sketch in the 2d enviroment rather than views based on the converted model. Do I have to redo the drawings in inventor to make the associative to the model? or is there a slick way to keep all my dimensions notes etc.

many thanks Jon Gardam

Slick way: Keep the model and DraWinG in MDT.
Use the MDT model as an inserted part in Inventor to keep the associations
to the drawing. If you want to change the model just double-click it in
Inventor and it opens it in MDT.
Translated drawings are just sketches as you've found out by now.
