Mass update in Sheet Metal

hi all,

we have a sheet metal part.The mass differ between  the folded part & Flat Pattern

can any one explain why ??!!!

Hello. Its because you've donne a corner round in flatt pattern. This change doesnt reflects in the folded model. Thats why you have a smaller weigth in the flat pattern... you have there less material (corner material off). If you want to have the same weigth in both, you must do the corner round in the folded model. Cheers.
