Inventor is a software program made by Autodesk.. and we all use it. But most of us are in the professional world and have plenty of contacts for that type of stuff.
But yes.. first cut is ok for one off machined metal parts.. They can be a bit pricey..
If you have a drawing try calling around the local machine shops.
Not sure what you mean by "small electrical parts".. Are you talking about populated circuit boards of you schematic or just off the shelf electrical components like relays/switches/transistors/resistors.blah blah blah.. The subject doesn't say it all.
