Making Files Compatible With Other Versions of Inventor

I have 2014 Inventor Professional at my home and I am working on a project. I would like to work on it at work on 2013 Inventor Professionl. Is there any way I can make my 2014 file open on Inventor 2013?

Not really.  Inventor (and other parametric modeling programs) doesn't have the ability to save to prior versions.

The best you'd be able to do is save it to a neutral format like STEP, as though you were transferring between two completely different CAD systems.  Since this will lose your parameters, features, etc. and turn your model into a collection of "dumb solids", it's probably not something you're going to want to deal with.
