making changes in design assistant

can you make changes in DA such as title, description, author, etc. I know we can change Rev, part #, and project, but is there away to get the other colums to appear. It seems stupid to have to open the properties box when it lists all the data in a spreadsheet format..??

Customize your properties view to show the fields
you want. Up to 10 columns can be defined including the name. Then, Ctrl or
Shift select the child documents in spreadsheet view, Right mouse click to
iProperties and change or update all the fields you want at once. You can also
use copy design properties to save time.
