this is an old issue but i cannot remember where we left off. under
winnt4sp6a, my custom vba routines do not show up in the macros section of
the customization dialog box. however, they do under win2000.

was this a registered bug or not? just wondering if it was going to be
fixed.

I seem to recall two things..

1. if your default.ivb was a "migrated" copy from 5.3 they might not show
up (solution copy and paste into a new default.ivb)
2. if you did not have a temp directory on your machine (solution just
create one)

Kent has this problem a while back. When he crawls out of bed maybe he'll
chime in...

I got rid of it by doing #1 8^)

Actually the first time I just did a copy paste and drag of a couple of modules to a new
ivb file and saved it as a default it didn't work either. I am really not 100% sure how I
ended up fixing it, but I think it was by doing it all with copy paste, and not moving any
of the module's but instead making new ones and pasting in to them.

Ok can I go back to bed now? 8^)

yup, that's what i had to do to.

i got all my icons to finally show up. once finished, i gave my default.ivb
to a co-worker and they do not show up on his machine. what a p#$$er.
apparently, the work around is to rebuild all the code on each computer not
just the default.ivb. maybe this will be fixed in SP2.
