Looking for some dumb solids / iPart / mirroring help

would like to make an iPart out of the attached Boston gearbox to include versions with RH and LH mounts, and no mounts.

A first I thought I could include multiple dumb solids in one part as separate features in one part. I have not found a way to do this in IV.

I thought about making one mount as features, and then mirroring it, but it appears I cannot mirror the features and suppress the originals.

Am I stuck with making both sets of features and suppressing them as needed?

This is what I did. I mirrored the whole part for the opposite hand so the
"BOSTON" is backwards on one of them. No big deal for me but it may be an
issue for you.

It looks great. While playing around I didn't realize you could make a cut prior to the mirror, and later supress the cut and still keep the mirror.

Thanks

It turns out it is an issue, but.... since most of the other gearboxes do not have "BOSTON" on them we will just remove it with an extrusion.
