LOFT command gets crazy - not taking data

Hi,

I have just discovered that "LOFT" dose not work properly, that is how expected.

When profile on sketch has more than one closed regions loft command gets crazy.

Is this problem known? and some workaround?

I post ipt wit sketches prepared for loft that I can not do.

Hi Cris,

it's not a software problem, loft work on loop profiles.

So in every your sketch there are 2 closed loops. If you choose the external you will choose only the external loop with no internal island.

To make the selection work, you have to select firstly the sketch, then the loop that you want.

Thant in the loft windowd "cliack to add " to go on.

Finally onother loft with cut option

I think I would use only two profile sketches and one guide rail sketch.

Hi,

I probably would also use one sketch and guide rails. But in this particular model it is more complicated and this approach I took seems more easy this time.
