I'm assuming you are in the model sketch environment. If so, then there are
a couple of new icons that control the linetypes available, one being the
centerline you are looking for that will allow a diameter dimension when
sketching revolves. Check out the default toolbars and you will see them.

Only the options of done, Edit dimension, previous view, isometric view, and
