I need to change some properties of the standard library and add custom properties. I would like to have the changes as a permanent change. For example a socket head screw needs a certain part number. I would like to do it once and it will be there forever. Is this possible and how?
The library content is NOT the way to go if
your company need to maintain standards.
If you are really bored you can insert 1 of EVERY
instance into an assembly and then go through and change the properties of each
nut, bolt, dowel pin etc... But everyone in your company has to use the
same set of library parts from that point on.
