Level of Detail and BOM

I'm trying to export a Bill of Materials from a .iam to an Excel spreadsheet.  The .iam has (several) Levels of Detail, but I only want to export the unsuppressed parts from ONE of the Levels of Detail, "DoorOpen" in this case.  However, all the parts and assemblies show up in the .xls, whether they are suppressed or not.  Is there a way, short of deleting all the suppressed parts, to export JUST the components used in the "DoorOpen" L.O.D. ??

Using Iv R2011, SP2.  Thanks.

Set the suppressed parts to "Reference" BOM structure.  Find them in the browser, right-click on them, and select BOM Structure > Reference.

This setting will remove them from the BOM.

You can also add the parts list to a drawing, filter it by view representation to only show the level of detail needed, and then export the parts list as an excel sheet.
