larger text in "create text" on model

We use 1" text on are models, my default text height is .120. I have to
change it every time. Is there a way to make my default 1"

Note: after create text, we emboss it on the part.

Sure, set up your text style and then save it to a custom template or to
'standard.ipt'. Then use that template when creating your parts.

How do you change the default "text style" in an IPT?

I have changed it in an IDW but not a IPT.
