IV2009 Error Notice when opening certain part

Here is a part that gives me an error message.
The file appears corrupted.
"Error loading segment....(etc)"
The part comes up fine and it appears that I can work with it, but the message is annoying. I have attached the part in a post in CF, can anyone duplicate this error when they open this file as well?

Hi,
There is a number of questions and requests i have.
-what version was this file created in?
-Have you tried to rebuild all?
-Is this file small enough to send me?
-Can you provide any info on how this file got to this state?
While it appears the file is corrupted, I hope that with the information you
give me, we can see what may have happened
Please send this to LisaDOTDarrahATAutodeskDOTCom

Lisa,
I believe the file was created in version 8 SP1. I also believe that the file was created within an assembly. A rebuild all has not taken care of this issue. I cannot provide any info on how it became this way. I believe that database was migrated through each release before now. (May not have been rebuilt each time though) I will send a zipped folder containing the .iam and the 2 .ipts that make it up to your address.

Thanks,
Chris
